Recently, Sarunas Grigoraitis of United Builders successfully completed a full and extensive renovation of a 5-bedroom Victorian house in Highbury. The work done there is at a very high standard. It included full stripping of floors (some reinforcing and levelling); decorating walls and ceilings; removal and installation of a new kitchen; addition of a new bathroom inclusive of plumbing, electrical, false ceiling and partition walls; addition of French doors into the garden; lighting, electrical, door entry system, and built-in multi-room media installation (indoor and out); removal and installation of 2 luxury bathrooms – amongst a longer list.
The work was carried out quickly and to a high standard, the team were friendly and polite and always made sure that they cleaned up after themselves.
We would use their services again and have already recommended them to our neighbours!
To summarise, the work done by Sarunas G. has been completed at an exceptionally high standard, within budget, and on schedule.
